My name is Kylie Cobb, and as long as I can remember I have had a desire to be healthy and learn more. As I have studied all aspects of health throughout the years, my mere interest has grown to a burning passion. Further, my desire has expanded to assisting others to have the knowledge necessary to make the decisions that will lead them to optimal health. Whole foods is the answer. “The science is clear. The results are unmistakable” (The China Study, Campbell).
I personally have experienced the miraculous power of whole foods. My skin is clearest, my body leanest and my mind clearest when I am eating a whole foods diet. I feel so good that there is no way I could deny that whole foods are the answer. Living a whole foods lifestyle has changed my life; I want to provide the information that changed my life to also empower others.
I am a Junior studying Public Health with an emphasis in Health Promotion at Brigham Young University. I am currently employed by the BYU Wellness Program; I organize and plan health-related challenges and events for the campus faculty and staff. I love my job, and I hope to continue promoting health my entire life! I am also certifying in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine this summer.
